I led a user research project on identifying and suggesting changes for key UX issues with popular esports management platform smash.gg.
In my INF 132: Project in HCI Requirements and Evaluation class at UC Irvine, I worked in a team of five to comprehensively evaluate smash.gg’s user experience and suggest areas for improvement. I led group meetings, delegated assignment work to my group members, and conducted interviews with software users. The final assignment was a complete report that included the research we did, our findings, and suggestions for improvement.
